Welcome to Viyou! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Website.

1. User Generated Content

Viyou allows users to post blogs, images, Flicks (short videos), and comments. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. You must not post anything that is illegal, offensive, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

2. Copyright Claims (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please use the in-app "Copyright Strike" feature or contact our administration. We hold the right to remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

3. Monetization & Earnings

Creator monetization is subject to admin approval and adherence to community guidelines. Earnings calculated in the Creator Studio are estimated and subject to review. We reserve the right to withhold payments or ban accounts if we detect invalid click activities, bot traffic, or policy violations.

4. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

1. उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा निर्मित सामग्री (User Generated Content)

Viyou उपयोगकर्ताओं को ब्लॉग, चित्र, फ्लिक्स (लघु वीडियो) और टिप्पणियाँ पोस्ट करने की अनुमति देता है। आप उस सामग्री के लिए पूरी तरह से जिम्मेदार हैं, और उस सामग्री के परिणामस्वरूप होने वाले किसी भी नुकसान के लिए भी। आपको कुछ भी ऐसा पोस्ट नहीं करना चाहिए जो अवैध, आक्रामक हो, या दूसरों के बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करता हो।

3. मुद्रीकरण और कमाई (Monetization & Earnings)

क्रिएटर मुद्रीकरण (Monetization) एडमिन की मंजूरी और सामुदायिक दिशानिर्देशों के पालन के अधीन है। क्रिएटर स्टूडियो में गनी गई कमाई अनुमानित है और समीक्षा के अधीन है। यदि हम अमान्य क्लिक गतिविधियों, बॉट ट्रैफ़िक या नीति उल्लंघनों का पता लगाते हैं, तो हम भुगतान रोकने या खातों पर प्रतिबंध लगाने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।

4. खाता समाप्ति (Account Termination)

हम बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना या दायित्व के, अपने पूर्ण विवेक के तहत, किसी भी कारण से, जिसमें बिना किसी सीमा के यदि आप शर्तों का उल्लंघन करते हैं, तो आपकी सेवा तक पहुंच को तत्काल समाप्त या निलंबित कर सकते हैं।
